Generating music from text prompts

Generating songs from lyrics

Selecting style attributes (genre, mood, voice type)

Audio playback of generated content

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the App to:

Input illegal, harmful, or offensive content

Upload copyrighted lyrics or materials without authorization

Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the system

Overload or disrupt service operation

You are solely responsible for the content you provide.

4. AI Output Disclaimer (Important)

All outputs are generated by automated AI systems.

We do not guarantee:

That outputs are unique or original

That outputs are free from similarity to existing works

That outputs are suitable for commercial use

Any form of copyright clearance

Users are solely responsible for evaluating the legality and appropriateness of generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights related to:

App software

Design and interface

AI systems and infrastructure

Branding materials

belong to the developer.

Generated outputs may be used by users, but no exclusive rights are granted unless explicitly stated in future updates or plans.

6. Subscription & Payments

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription.

6.1 Billing

Payments are charged through the Apple App Store

Subscription fees are clearly displayed before purchase

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation

6.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

Renewal will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID settings

6.3 Free Trial (if applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

Unused trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased

Trial automatically converts into a paid subscription unless canceled before renewal

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel anytime through:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

No cancellation fee applies.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may:

Update or modify features

Temporarily suspend services

Discontinue parts of the App

at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages

We are not liable for user-generated or AI-generated content usage outcomes

We do not guarantee fitness for commercial or legal purposes
